“If, at day 90 from the execution date of this Statement of Work, the Client’s business operations still require the personal involvement of the Client owner to perform any of the recurring functions specified in Schedule A (lead generation, follow-up, sales closing, customer support, retention, marketing, content, or operations), Profitalize LLC shall remit ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to the Client via the payment method on file, within seven (7) business days, with no further requirement of justification, documentation, or dispute resolution.”
